  • Chemical notification and safety documentation — SDS (Indonesian-language version available), COA, composition declaration, manufacturing-process summary;
  • Food grade CMC — registration with BPOM (Indonesia’s National Agency of Drug and Food Control) must be filed per SKU by an Indonesian licence holder possessing a valid NIB business identification number, NPWP tax number and API import licence; the ML registration number must be obtained before the product may circulate locally. We provide the full technical package required from the foreign party: Certificate of Free Sale (CFS), GMP / ISO 22000-type system certificates, Letter of Authorisation (LOA), microbiological and heavy-metal test reports, and original artwork for labelling;
  • Halal compliance — Indonesia has postponed the mandatory halal certification for imported food, beverages and food additives to 18 October 2028. One point requires special attention: BPJPH (Indonesia’s Halal Product Assurance Organising Agency) recognises only certification bodies included on its Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) list. We already hold Halal certification and can submit the certifying-body details and MRA-validity evidence at the start of cooperation, so customers are not forced into reactive remediation once the transition period closes;
  • Shipment and documentation — LC and T/T settlement supported, with a full set of original documents (commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin Form E under the ASEAN–China Free Trade Area) to help customers claim the preferential tariff at Indonesian customs.
