Fortune Biotech presents the leader in the production of carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), with more than 40-year experience. We have rich professional knowledge of CMC and advanced technology. The CMC we produced is used in the following major industries.
CMC has characteristics of thickening, bonding, dispersion, suspension, homogenization, emulsification and stabilization. Therefore, CMC can be applied to skin cream, whitening cream, face cream, depilatory cream, sunscreen, shampoo, shower gel, mask, lipstick and other cosmetics, which can be called CMC cosmetics. CMC can be absorbed by the skin and forms a soft and elastic film to prevent dry skin and protect the skin.
CMC serves as thickener and dispersant in emulsions based on its properties. First, mix CMC with alkaline pigments and the filler. The CMC blending material is then stirred strongly with the emulsion to make it to dissolve quickly. Alternatively, one can dissolve CMC first and then mix it with other materials. It is recommended to use a high-speed dispersing and grinding machine for strong stirring.
Tobacco leaves are crushed into shredded tobacco, and then dry mixed with CMC. It is then stirred with a mixture of glycerin, chitin, phosphorous acid, fragrance and preservatives. CMC is used as a binder for tobacco sheets with good water retention and non-drying and it can form bright soft cut tobacco. No peculiar smell when burning.
